The Phase by Phase Fitness Program is Amber's unique and structured approach to personal fitness — starting from Phase One and ending at Phase Fourteen.
This scalable program is designed to meet the needs and pace of each individual participant. Clear and measurable goals foster accountability regarding class attendance and effort. This intentional, gradual improvement plan — combined with skilled coaching — allows participants to work at their own pace while also participating in a group class that provides both moral support and community.
Restore and expand your range of motion so every movement feels natural and pain-free.
Lengthen muscles and connective tissue for better posture and injury prevention.
Develop proprioception and stability that translates to everyday life and athletic performance.
Build functional, lasting strength through progressive, science-backed resistance training.
Introduces all 4 pillars — mobility, flexibility, balance, and strength — at their most foundational level. You learn the base movements that every future phase is built upon.
The same 4-pillar framework continues with added body awareness cues. You begin to feel how each pillar connects to the others during movement.
Pillar work deepens with a focus on controlled range of motion. Movements are the same but performed with greater intentionality and slower tempo.
The 4-pillar exercises are extended in duration. Your body learns to sustain quality movement under mild fatigue — the first test of real conditioning.
Intensity increases through the addition of light resistance to the existing pillar movements. The exercises remain familiar — the challenge is new.
Additional movements are layered onto each pillar exercise, creating multi-joint sequences. You are doing more with the same foundation.
Balance work becomes the primary lens. Mobility, flexibility, and strength movements are now performed on unstable or single-leg planes to challenge the nervous system.
The 4-pillar movements progress through deeper ranges and more demanding variations. Overload comes from greater control requirements, not just added weight — each rep demands more precision than the last.
Pillar exercises are combined into circuits that elevate heart rate. Strength and mobility work is now performed under cardiovascular stress.
Additional movements are added to challenge your control at the end range of each pillar. You begin to express strength and stability in positions that require greater demand from the body.
All 4 pillars are trained simultaneously within complex, multi-movement sequences. Each exercise demands mobility, flexibility, balance, and strength at once.
Brain-body connection training is woven into the pillar work. Visual, cognitive, and reactive cues are added to movements to sharpen neural pathways.
Maximum depth across all pillars. Movements are the most complex versions yet — requiring full control, precision, and awareness at every position. Technical mastery is the standard.
All 14 phases integrate into a single cohesive practice. You move with full command of mobility, flexibility, balance, and strength — and maintain that standard long-term.
The next evolution of the system is in development. Phase 15 will push the boundaries of what's been built across all 14 phases — stay tuned.
