CANCELLATION POLICY

All sessions must be canceled at least 1 hour in advance

All sessions must be canceled at least 1 hour in advance. This gives us time to fill your spot and helps maintain our class balance.

Late Cancellations Count as Used

Cancellations made less than 1 hour before class start time will be counted as a used session. This protects your commitment and helps us maintain class consistency.

Why This Matters

Your body responds best to consistent training, not random attendance. This policy protects your momentum and your place in the Lab.

SESSION EXPIRATION POLICY

Sessions expire if not used within your package timeline

🔑 The Golden Rule

Communication before expiration = Eligibility for accommodation. If you reach out before your sessions expire, we can work with you to find a solution.

Expiration Timeline

  • 30 days before: First reminder to book or extend
  • 7 days before: Second reminder (urgent)
  • Expiration date: Sessions are forfeited unless accommodation applies
  • After expiration: No refunds or credits without prior communication

INJURY ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS

We're here to support you when life happens

1. Injury Freeze (Best Option)

Pause your sessions while you recover. Your sessions don't expire during the freeze.

  • • Max 2–4 weeks (can extend with communication)
  • • Requires notice before expiration date
  • • Requires ongoing communication about recovery

2. One-Time Grace (For Consistent Clients)

First-time exception if you've been consistent with training.

  • • Available once per client relationship
  • • Builds loyalty while maintaining boundaries
  • • Requires communication before expiration

3. Partial Credit Extension (Last Resort)

Extend a portion of expired sessions as a one-time courtesy.

  • • Typically 50% of expired sessions
  • • One-time courtesy only
  • • Requires good communication history

HOW TO COMMUNICATE

If you're facing an injury, schedule conflict, or need to pause training, reach out before your expiration date. This is the key to accessing any accommodation.
